Rod Helm brings to the real estate business a broad skill set. Prior to real estate, Rod was a design engineer with Honeywell and has a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Rod also owns and manages investment real estate and is experienced with rehabbing properties and landlord/tenant issues. Rod holds the CB Burnet President's Circle designation and has been selected as a Super Agent for 5 Consecutive Years ('03 - '07) by Mpls/St.Paul Magazine. Only 85 out of the 25,000+ Minnesota licensed real estate agents have received the Super Agent title for all 5 award years.

Tracy Sanders is our Marketing/Administrative Associate and the newest member to join the Rod Helm Team. Prior to Coldwell Banker Burnet, Tracy lived in New York City and worked as a Marketing Manager for Showtime Networks, a division of Viacom Inc. At Showtime she specialized in Consumer Advertising and Product Development. There she gained experience in on-air, web and print advertising. Tracy offers administrative and marketing support to the Rod Helm Team while providing excellent customer service and care.

Tracy lives in Brooklyn Park with her husband Mark, and their three beautiful daughters, Callan, Kacey, and brand new baby, Riley. With Mark’s role as Athletic Director for Minneapolis South High School, both Tracy and Mark are very involved in Minneapolis’ Athletic Community.

Kerry Seim is a licensed Realtor® and brings to the team a wide range of experiences. You will find she performs a variety of needed services in the field that may include preparing a new listing for showing, hosting your open house, delivering necessary documents, and any other duties that require a licensed agent. Kerry has managed her husband's Chiropractic clinic for 18 years until it was sold in 2002. Her passion for decorating homes led her to retail sales helping customers with furniture and accessory design. She attended Moorhead State College and received a degree from the Medical Institute of Minnesota. For the past 21 years she has made her home in Minnetonka with her husband, Jim, and son, Dan, who currently attends the Carlson School of Management at the U of M.

Nicole Gilliand has lived in Southwest Minneapolis for fifteen years. She is passionate about the neighborhood's character and history. In addition to residential home sales, Nicole offers experience in rehab, renovation and construction design. She has spent years establishing strong relationships with talented experts in the construction process. She is active in commercial and investment property as well. Prior to her career in real estate, Nicole worked in corporate sales. She managed eight large accounts including real estate, government, utilities and retail companies. She attended the University of WI, Madison and graduated with a degree in English at the University of MN. Nicole lives near Lake Harriet with her husband and two children, Hailee (5) and Mason (1). She is involved in her community as a member of the neighborhood pre-school Board of Directors, sponsor of neighborhood events and supporter of the arts.
