Rod Helm brings to the real estate business a broad skill set. Prior to real estate, he was a design engineer with Honeywell and has a degree in Aerospace Engineering. He owns and manages investment real estate, is a co-owner in a boutique development company specializing in in-fill property development in the Minneapolis lakes’ area and is experienced with rehabbing properties and landlord/tenant issues. Rod also believes in service to his industry. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for both the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) and Minnesota Association of Realtors (MNAR) and is the current Treasurer for MNAR. He has served a number of terms on the MAAR’s legislative impact committee and is the immediate past Chairperson of the MNAR’s Professional Standards committee, which has ethics oversight and arbitration responsibilities for the state of Minnesota. Rod holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, the Graduate of Real Institute (GRI) Designation, and the CB Burnet President's Circle Designation. Rod has been selected as a Super Agent for 9 Consecutive Years ('03 - '11) by Mpls/St.Paul Magazine. Less than one-half percent of Minnesota licensed real estate agents have received the Super Agent title for all 9 award years.

Kerry Seim is a licensed Realtor® and brings to the team a wide range of experiences. You will find she performs a variety of needed services in the field that may include preparing a new listing for showing, hosting your open house, delivering necessary documents, and any other duties that require a licensed agent. Her passion for decorating homes led her to retail sales helping customers with furniture and accessory design. She attended Moorhead State College and received a degree from the Medical Institute of Minnesota. In addition to her support of the Helm Team, she works in her husband's Chiropractic practice. She has resided in Minnetonka for the past 26 years with her husband, Jim, and son, Dan. Dan is a graduate of the Carlson School of Management.
