The pool is optionally heated with a gas heater – to ensure that the pool will be warm enough – even on the coldest Florida days! The extended pool deck area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms. The upstairs master has a private master bathroom with tub/shower combination sink and toilet. A further 3 bedrooms each enjoy a queen-size bed, night stand with lamp, dresser with cable TV and DVD, and closet space, plus an adjacent family bathroom. The last two bedrooms each offer the perfect sleeping "quarters" for the kids, with one having bunk beds the bottom being a full size and top a twin, the other room with twin beds each room has night stands, cable TV and games consoles, closet space, and nearby bathrooms. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a sleeper if required. The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could possibly want to prepare a family feast or a quick snack.
